Refund Policy

If VidWords didn't work for you, we'll make it right:

• First subscription payment: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've used fewer than 50 Cloud Requests and only minimal AI Processing — no questions asked.
• Renewals: refundable within 7 days of renewal if no Cloud Requests or AI Processing Units were used in the new period.
• Service failures: failed jobs are refunded automatically; for a verified outage or defect, we restore affected usage or refund pro-rata.

To request a refund, contact support with your account email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
